Keith has been in the Document Imaging Industry for more than 20 years.  Keith oversees the day to day operations of the Service Department.  

 Corey brings more than 20+ years of experience and knowledge to the SBI Family.  

 Leann has been with Great Copier for more than 33 years.  Leann oversees every financial aspect of Sharp Business Innovations / Great Copier Service.  We are blessed to have her.  

 Heather oversees our Fort Morgan Office.  She has been part of the Great Copier / Sharp family for more than 9 years.  She is an angel and is here to help anyone who walks through the door.  

 Meaghan is a huge asset to Great Copier.  She handles our Equipment Purchases, Client Contracts and Shipping.  She is absolutely awesome! Meaghan is celebrating 1 year at Great Copier Service.  

Mike is a Gentlemen and a Scholar.  He won our company award in 2022 for Most Positive Person.  Mike oversee's our IT Department and plays a crucial role in setting up new client equipment.  

 Ramon brings over 20 years of experience in the Document Imaging Industry.  He started his career in Las Vegas and has worked on machines from Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta and Kyocera.   Before his career, Ramon was a Sonar Technician on Submarines in the US Navy.   The experience and knowledge Ramon brings to the table is priceless.  

Mercedes joined the Family in 2024.  Her attitude and positivity are contagious.  Mercedes goes above and beyond in all that she does.  Mercedes oversees our operations in Sterling for Journal Office Supply.  She is absolutely amazing! 

Beau is brand new to the industry and is already making waves.  Sales runs deep in his veins.  He is going to be a wonderful accommodation to our sales team.   Sky is truly the limit for Beau.

Jason is new to the SBI family starting his journey in July of 2024.  He comes to us from HP in Loveland.  

 Lyle has been in the Copier Industry for more than 30 years.  He is a gentleman and a scholar.  His positive attitude is contagious! He is always willing to go above and beyond for his clients.  We are so proud to have him on our team. 

 Rich is a Pioneer when it comes to servicing copies.  After 40 years, Rich is still maintaining equipment and working with clients.  There's not a machine on this planet he can't fix.  His knowledge dates back to original Sharp Calculator and Typewriter!  

 Kristyne is a wonderful asset to have on our team.  Kristyne over see's our lead generation and telemarketing programs.  For more than 20 years, Kristyne has been setting appointments and generating leads over the phone.  She is a Rock Star to say the least! Single handedly, over the last 3 years, Kristyne has discovered over $2.5M in sales opportunities.  

  Garrett is new to the sales world, but I bring a high level of energy, motivation, and a genuine passion for working with people. I love meeting new faces and building relationships, and I’m excited to help businesses improve and simplify their copier and printer technology with solutions that truly make their day-to-day easier. 

    We’re excited to welcome Joshua Lancaster to our Sales Family! Joshua brings strong motivation and a clear drive to succeed in the sales industry. His future is bright, and we couldn’t be more proud to have him aboard. 

     Connor is brand new to SBI and to the copier industry, but he’s already hitting the ground running. He loves golf, enjoys bartending, and has the personality that makes him a natural fit for sales. We’re proud to have Connor on the SBI team.
